5. Facial Data Processing

The App may temporarily process visual facial features contained in user-provided images.

Facial content is processed only as part of the uploaded image.

Face Data Shared with Third Parties — Equivalent Protection

When we share face data (visual facial content contained in user-uploaded photos) with third-party AI service providers (currently Replicate and Baidu AI) solely to provide the AI features you request, we require that each such third party provide the same or equal protection of that face data as described in this Privacy Policy, including with respect to collection, use, sharing, retention, deletion, and security.

We do not authorize third parties to use face data for advertising profiling, identity verification, building facial databases, or training their models for unrelated purposes beyond what is necessary to generate your requested result, and we require them to delete or cease retaining such face data after processing is complete, consistent with our real-time processing and deletion practices described above.

6. Real-Time Processing and Data Deletion

We prioritize user privacy and data minimization.

We do not store or retain uploaded images

We do not create permanent copies of user photos

All images and related processing data are automatically deleted within seconds after processing is completed

After the AI result is generated, uploaded images are no longer retained.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
